About TURAC+
Learn more about our research administration convening
TURAC+ History
The Tri-University Research Administration Convening+ (TURAC+) was established in 2021 as a free conference to provide research administrators across the Arizona the opportunity to learn new skills and network with other research administrators. Leveraging the knowledge, experience, and strengths available across the three universities, a unique professional development opportunity was born.
The annual convening is facilitated by volunteers from Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University, and the University of Arizona. In 2024, TURAC gained sponsorship from the NSF GRANTED program. Co-PI’s from ASU, Valerie Keim and Samantha Munguia, managed the funds for the 2024 convening and plan on securing additional funding for years to come.
TURAC+ Participants
TURAC+ is open to research administration support staff of all experience levels and features an interactive platform with multiple tracks. Together we can use our collective intelligence and research towards a better future.
While TURAC+ is facilitated by ASU, NAU, and UofA, research administrators from across the state are encouraged to participate in the convening.
